Parklands Quendon Hall – Stephanie and Ashley’s Wedding.

After the fun we had at their pre wedding shoot, I was really looking forward to covering Stephanie and Ashley’s wedding at Parklands Quendon Hall, on Monday 27 July 2009.

The day started off pretty miserable and when I arrived, it was still drizzling and I was praying that we would have a good day weather wise.
Well, my prayers were answered and the rain soon stopped and we had pretty great weather for the rest of the day.

Stephanie and Ashley’s Pre Wedding Shoot.

Natalie and Jon’s Wedding at Parklands Quendon Hall.

On Monday, 8 June 2009 I had the absolute pleasure of covering Natalie and Jon’s wedding at Parklands Quendon Hall.

It was an absolute blast and most enjoyable to hear a lot of people with South African accents, as Natalie hails from there.

One thing I have to say, is that this was the first wedding I have ever been moved to tears by the love and friendship shared by Natalie and her friends.

Here are a few of the images from the day and I want to say to Natalie and Jon:

“You guys have something really special between you and Angela and I wish you all the best and happiness in your marriage and work hard not to lose that special spark between the two of you.”

A pre wedding shoot with Natalie and Jon.

I met up with Natalie and Jon this morning at Parklands Quendon Hall, to discuss their forthcoming wedding and to do a pre wedding shoot.

We were hoping for as good a weather as yesterday, but, this is the UK and we are not allowed to have a whole bank holiday weekend of good weather.

In spite of the weather, we had a good laugh and a good photo shoot and it didn’t rain.

The Wedding of Margaret and Liam.

On Saturday, 5 April 2008, I was privileged to photograph the wedding of Margaret and Liam at The Reid Rooms, Margaret Roding, Essex.

Unfortunately, the weather was not as kind as I would have wished it be, with a cold wind and intermittent showers, but, as they say, the show must go on.

We managed a couple of outdoor shots, but were lucky enough to have the old farmhouse to use for their private time.

The rest of the day was a blast and everybody really enjoyed themselves.

Margaret and Liam’s Pre Wedding Shoot.

On Sunday, 30 March, I met up with Margaret and Liam, in Thaxted, to do their long overdue pre wedding shoot.

The weather had not been kind to us over the last couple of weekends and we had almost resigned ourselves to the situation that the pre wedding shoot, may have to become the post wedding shoot.

Anyhow, the weather gods were good to us and Sunday turned out to be a pretty pleasant day.

Let’s hope that the same happens this Saturday, 5 April for their wedding at The Reid Rooms.

Sarah and Rob’s Wedding.

After all the horrible wet weather we had been having over the last couple of weeks, the rain god smiled on Sarah and Rob and we had a fantastic day for their wedding on 3 August 2007 at the Whitehall Hotel in Broxted, Essex.

This was a very intimate wedding, with only very special friends and family attending.

Sarah looked beautiful and as the best man put it, Rob also scrubbed up pretty well.

Here are a couple of images from the day. These have had minor work done to them, so they may not look the same in the final wedding gallery.

Pre-Wedding Shoot with Sarah and Rob.

On 1 July 2007, I met up with Sarah and Rob to discuss the final details for their wedding on 3 August 2007 at the Whitehall Hotel in Broxted, Essex.

While we took walk around the grounds to familiarise ourselves with places to use for their walkabout on the day, I took some images of the couple to help them get a feel of how I work and to get them used to having a camera pointed at them all the time.

This post, unfortunately is a bit late, but thanks to a home move and no internet connection for over 3 weeks, it couldn’t be helped. So I hope I am forgiven for that.:)
