Now based in Sturmer, near Haverhill, in Suffolk. I photograph weddings in Essex, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Hertfordshire and the whole of the Uk.

I have been around photography since I was a young boy - watching and learning from my father in the darkroom and when he passed away, I inherited all his photographic equipment. From there my enjoyment of photography grew over the ensuing years. Unfortunately, all my photographic equipment was stolen in a spate of burglaries along with all my clothing.

 

I then decided that it was time to leave South Africa and I arrived in the United Kingdom in August 1999, found work and then saved to replace all the equipment that had been stolen.

 

By then, the advent of digital photography had started taking hold and maybe it was a good thing that I had lost all the film equipment, so I bought all digital and there it all started.
